A statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Reuben Abati, said the address would be aired live at 7 a.m. on the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN).
It is not clear what the President plans to say at press time.
